These terms govern your use of Novus Service, provided by GENAI NOVUSCODE SOFTTECH PVT LTD ("we", "us"). By using the app or website, you agree to them.
1. The service
Novus Service provides software for lead, quotation, inventory, service, task and field team management. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
Your organisation is responsible for the users it creates, the roles it assigns and keeping login details secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with its operation, or use it to track people without their consent.
4. Your data
Your organisation owns the business data it enters. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or with your partner. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
6. Intellectual property
Novus Service, its software and branding belong to GENAI NOVUSCODE SOFTTECH PVT LTD. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your organisation can request an export of its data within a reasonable period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
